The market season is approaching fast, and we are excited to announce that vendor applications are now open! If you want to showcase your products, connect with the community, or share your talents, this is your chance to join us. We invite artisans, crafters, food vendors, musicians, nonprofits, and community groups to apply for a spot at the market or in our special community spaces.
Applications must be submitted by April 15th. We will review all submissions carefully and notify vendors by May 1st about their participation status. This timeline ensures everyone has enough time to prepare for a successful market season.

How to Apply for a Vendor Spot
Applying to be a vendor is straightforward. We want to make the process as smooth as possible so you can focus on what you do best—creating and selling your products.

If you have questions, email us at danvillevtchamber@gmail.com
We accept a wide range of vendors, including those selling handmade goods, fresh food, produce, maple, eggs, meat and more. Our goal is to offer a diverse and vibrant market experience for visitors.
Special Spaces Available: Yard Sale and Community/Nonprofit Areas
In addition to regular vendor spots, we offer two unique spaces designed to support different community needs.
Yard Sale Space
If you have gently used items, collectibles, or household goods to sell, our yard sale space is perfect for you. This area attracts bargain hunters and families looking for unique finds at affordable prices.
The yard sale space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Book your yard sale space HERE, allowed once per person, per season.
This space encourages recycling and reusing, helping reduce waste.
Community and Nonprofit Space
We believe in supporting local organizations that make a positive impact. Our community/nonprofit space is reserved for groups that want to raise awareness, fundraise, or engage with the public.
Nonprofits can apply for a free or discounted space HERE.
This area is ideal for sharing information, recruiting volunteers, or selling fundraising items.
Priority is given to organizations with a clear community focus and are local to Danville and the immediate surrounding towns.
Musicians Can Apply Too
Music adds energy and atmosphere to the market, making it a more enjoyable experience for everyone. We welcome musicians to apply for performance slots.
Applications for musicians are available HERE.
Performers should provide samples of their work and preferred dates.
We schedule musicians to ensure a variety of styles and avoid overlap.
Performing at the market is a great way to gain exposure and connect with the community.
What Happens After You Apply
Once you submit your application by April 15th, our team reviews it carefully. We consider factors such as product variety, quality, and how well your offerings fit with the market’s overall theme.
By May 1st, you will receive an email confirming whether you have been accepted. If accepted, you will get detailed information about setup times, fees, and market rules.
If you are not selected this season, we encourage you to apply again next year or explore other community events.
Tips for a Successful Application
To improve your chances of acceptance, keep these tips in mind:
Provide clear, detailed descriptions of your products or services.
Highlight any unique or locally made items.
Be honest about your setup needs and availability.
Submit your application before the deadline.
